1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Member," "you") and TruckerDating, operated under the kohlenstoff.ca domain ("TruckerDating," "we," "us"). By creating an account, browsing verified profiles, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under the laws of your state of residence. TruckerDating is intended for adults seeking serious relationships - not minors, not commercial solicitation, and not any unlawful purpose. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not register or use the platform.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a new effective date at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of TruckerDating after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Rights and Responsibilities

As a Member, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use TruckerDating for the lawful purpose of seeking authentic relationships with other verified members. Your responsibilities include:

• Truthful information. Your profile, photos, location, age, marital status, and CDL credentials must accurately represent you.
• Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us within 48 hours of any suspected unauthorized use.
• One account per person. Duplicate, fake, or shared accounts are prohibited and will be removed without refund.
• Respectful conduct. Threats, harassment, hate speech, doxing, or stalking - on-platform or off - will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
• Lawful use only. You agree not to use TruckerDating in violation of any federal, state, or local law, including FMCSA regulations, anti-spam statutes, and consumer protection laws.

You also retain the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal data at any time, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

3. Content Rules and Conduct

You retain ownership of the text, photos, voice notes, and other materials you upload ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant TruckerDating a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed:

• Nudity, sexually explicit imagery, or solicitation of paid intimate services.
• Photos of minors in any context, even fully clothed family photos containing children.
• Requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or financial assistance - a hallmark of romance scams targeting truck drivers.
• Promotional links, MLM pitches, OnlyFans referrals, or commercial advertising.
• Other people's photos, deepfakes, AI-generated portraits, or stock imagery presented as your own.
• Hate speech, threats, doxing, or content targeting protected classes.

4. Verification Requirements for Members

TruckerDating operates a verified-women-only policy. Every female applicant must complete a two-step process before her profile becomes visible: (1) government-issued photo ID match, and (2) a live selfie cross-checked against her profile photos. Profiles that fail verification are rejected and the related data deleted within 30 days.

CDL drivers and male members are encouraged - but not required - to verify their CDL Class A credential and motor carrier authority for a "Verified Driver" badge. Verification is optional and never shared publicly without your explicit consent; verified status only displays as a small badge on your profile.

You agree not to circumvent, falsify, or assist others in defeating the verification process. Members caught using doctored IDs, AI face-swap selfies, or proxy verifiers will be permanently banned and may be referred to relevant authorities.

5. Payment, Subscription, and Refunds

Browsing verified profiles, viewing photos, and basic profile creation are free. Premium membership unlocks unlimited messaging, route-based matching, the Schedule Sync calendar, and advanced compatibility analytics for a flat monthly fee published on the registration page. There is no mandatory paywall after sign-up and no hidden upcharges for basic features.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future billing and your premium access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds. Within 14 days of your first premium purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing support - no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are issued only for documented technical failure or duplicate charges. Renewal charges are non-refundable; cancel before the renewal date to avoid being billed.

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable state sales tax, which is added at checkout. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing paid subscriptions remain at the original rate through the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time from the settings menu or by writing to support. Upon closure, your profile becomes invisible immediately and your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

1. Violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
2. Misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, or CDL credentials.
3. Engage in scam behavior, harassment, or threats toward other members.
4. Attempt to circumvent verification, payment, or moderation systems.
5. Initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team.

Termination for cause forfeits any remaining subscription period and we will not refund unused time. We reserve the right to retain anonymized records of banned accounts to prevent re-registration under a new identity.

7. Disputes, Governing Law, and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and TruckerDating agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration takes place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely by mutual consent.

Class action waiver. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or address violations of the verification system. Small-claims court actions are also permitted as an alternative to arbitration where eligible.
